PLEASE PLEASE read this and other negative reviews. I cannot believe how much I am agreeing with the other negative comments, of which have stretched back over a 5 year period - which brings the auto reply from the ‘owner’ laughable. The staff have been nothing short of bullies to my partner. She has been nothing but pleasant, professional, timely with all of her payments and they have treated her in a truly disgusting nature over the phone, in person and over email. The flat was not professionally cleaned prior to the my partner moving in and yet demanded a professional clean in the region of £300, for a 6 month lease, this is a ludicrous for a young professional female who has been nothing but perfect. Finally, they demanded a deposit and fees of £900+ and gave her 1 day to get these funds only to return this in a bank transfer. Seems odd... PLEASE AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT. Unless you like the idea of terrible service, inept skill and to be held over a barrel during your let.

very poor management company which lacked support and services to our block of flats and is still refusing to declare our request for clarity of accounts and funds as well as receipts we had appoint our own Right To Manages company and cut out cost down to half a lesson to them to listen to the client and keep the fees reasonable and do what is requested after all we was paying them to do a job and provide adivate services not a lot to ask companies like these are not been regulated by the FCA and the law needs to change

I would not hesitate to recommend York Laurant if you are thinking of purchasing or letting in the Birmingham area. The service I have received from Luke , Judy and Cathy and the Jewellery quarter office staff in general , has been second to none.
