Very friendly place. From receptionists to doctors, all were very kind and were trying to help me as soon as possible. No complaints, just praise as far as I am concerned! Good service!

Most places you go there is a stereotype of receptionists, but this doesn't apply here, the receptionists are really lovely and helpful. Makes such a difference when you're anxious about your health.

Staff are friendly and always make an effort to get you seen as quick as possible. Been going here for 10 years always pleased. Highly recommend!

I find the Receptionists insensitive and rather rude, and like they can't be bothered with you. Most of the doctors are good

I phoned up at about 16:45 today ( 11/09/17) doctor rang me back and I was seen within an hour of the first call. I must admit I didn't think the system of the call backs would work, but I've not had to wait for a call from the doctor and have been seen the same day
