Had an amazing time here watching the snooker, first time here and first time watching a live match, bit of a gamble as to where you’ll be sat but we got onto a winner sitting just behind where the players come in! Atmosphere was amazing and the drinks were not too badly priced - for a venue. All in all had a great day! Did take a while to get in through security but luckily it wasn’t raining!
Visited last week for a show. Good viewing with easy access to the auditorium and seating. Good access for wheelchair users and patrons with mobility issues. Bar service seemed to operate smoothly. Surprised that a number of attendees seemed to be admitted intoxicated.
My husband is a wheelchair user & on arriving at the venue for an evening concert, the staff politely ushered us in through the box office entrance & conducted the security measures. The staff behind the bar were friendly, the wc facilities were ample & very clean.nThe staff showed us to our seats, it was a lovely venue. Sound very good.
First time at this venue and what a delight! Not huge, just as I like it, great views from all seats and the acoustics were spot on. I will be looking out for more gigs here.
Fantastic venue!nnWe had a great view despite been at the top. Clean and tidy. Staff all lovely and polite. A very comfortable seat and a great show.
