It’s not authentic, unfortunately. A shame as it’s advertised as “Traditional Japanese Tempura” on UberEats. The vegetable tempura looks like Kakiage, a fritter was burnt and the prawn tempura batter was too thick, tasteless and not crunchy. Maybe cooked from frozen? Also they don’t specify which broth the ramen uses, it would make it seem more authentic if they did. There are also things like bell pepper and broccoli in the ramen Its fusion, not a very good fusion either.
Absolutely bad experience. Guys, you should get a real kook. Got some sushi for my daughter's birthday, spent £80, will never do this again. The rice has absolutely no taste, rolls look disgusting and crab sticks instead of salmon. The hot ones arrived cold and the order was late. When I called them after 1.5 hours they sit it's normal to be late cause the order is big. Sorry guys, you're doing the wrong job. Will definitely not order again.
Local sushi place that always delivers on quality and taste. We stick to the sushi plus the Katsu. The sushi is great value and very tasty. Gotta say it’s never let us down. Once in a while the presentation isn’t quite on point but the flavours always are. My only squibble. Chop the ginger otherwise you’re making me do the work. Love this place!
I would love to give a nice review to a local restaurant but this was just way below any expectations. "Japanese cheesecake" was store bought cheap cheesecake that arrived so frozen solid that I broke my spoon trying to eat it. The spicy beef ramen soup was spicy more to an Indian standard rather than "authentic Japanese" and way too oily to be enjoyable. Can't say anything about service as I ordered via uber eats but at least it arrived quickly.

My daughter loves sushi and when we found out that many of the locally sourced soy sauce contained alcohol we had to look at other places. This place is slow as previously highlighted by many others before me. But by no means is this as bad as some have said. - ‘run by Indians’ so what. Who do you think works in Nando's? - food was late, fresh food often takes a while, you want super fast food, go to your local PCF. I must confess though that I collected my good in person, weather that sped up the process... - ‘went to Tesco to satisfy my craving’ well that says it all. I’m not saying it’s the best, but for a local halal sushi place it’s good for what it is. My daughter certainly enjoyed it and we will certainly be going again.... until we find it otherwise.
This restaurant doesn’t deserve not even 1 star. My first experience here and the worst. I ordered chicken ramen and cheese cake. The ramen was too fat and my cheese cake was frozen with ice inside. Unbelievable. Don’t order from here. Waste of money
Food is really good, I'm surprised I didn't try it sooner! Would highly recommend the yakisoba noodles and katsu curry. Lovely sushi selection too. Will be ordering again
Got some sushi a few weeks back now. Very nice, and a decent portion. Can't wait to get some more some time soon. Delivery was a tad long so good to take that into consideration - but the food is the winner which is all that matters. Beer in the pic was not supplied!
My second visit, had sushi last time. This time katsu curry and sushi. Good portion too!
