It's in poor condition the floor in one of the rooms had to be ripped out and the shower/bath had to be replaced the wallpaper paper was in bad taste one rooms looked like a weird 80s beach house and all the lights had to be replaced and behind the cooker there was an exposed wire and there was a rusty barral at the bottom of the garden there is very large holes in the headge leading into MY garden this house is not suitable for children or dogs overall the house is in horrible condition the there is ares in the hedge and my brother who was it's last resident along with his girlfriend who own 2 dogs had to put up a fence around the garden to secure it and they also left because the rent is around 300£ witch is very expensive for a house in the state it is i am very angry with this
