Problem with address details yodel did not contact supplier for verification they just put it on hold asked me to contact them regarding address details it took 4 webchats with bots then I actually got to speak with customer services who said they had sorted it, now 3 days in and still no delivery. Customer Service and webchat are rubbish
It's taken my parcel 5 days to travel from Sheffield to Oldham, goodness know how long for the one hour trip south to Cheshire.
Yodel refused to deliver to me as I live on an un-adopted road, yet they still tried 3 times and then refused to deliver. I received no text updates or information about the last 2 delivery attempts and didn't even know they tried. I left my phone number if there were any issues and nobody phoned. My road is still un-adopted and hasn't changed. I get large construction lorries all the time for building materials with no issues. I now have to collect my goods from their closest pick up point which is 1 minute away in the next street yet I have no order number to collect my parcel. What a nightmare. I have reported to the supplier so they are aware of Yodels poor delivery service. Do not use Yodel!!!
Dissappointed had to phone to give address when address was clearly on parcel also couldn't get through on phone when eventually delivered ok
N29cht that wagon was driving reckless today on broadway Oldham and keep showing me 2 finger all the way and slamming on brakes in front of me,like a child.
