Im a PhD student so I have the option to work from home. So I was in my flat everyday they were due to deliver and no one called. They had no problem having the audacity to say they called and the parcel was refused at the door when literally no one even came to the apartment. I provided delivery instructions and put directions in the address just to be helpful. I contacted customer service every time and they said they would redeliver so I'd spend another day working from home even though it makes my work harder to do. They never came. Now I have to collect it from the depot because they won't do their job.

Terrible!!!! Lost 2 of my parcels from different companies in the space of 2 weeks. Contradictory information from their live webchat just to be told if they are found they will be marked return to sender. Not good when one parcel is online only medicated food! Avoid like the plague

My house was 10 min from the depot took them 6 day and still didnt delivery it so i had to go pick it up which took 2 more days horrible customer service,  horrible delivery

Very slow delivery courier. My item sitting in farnborough service centre for the last 2 days and now showing it will not arrive until the 26th instead of 24th. Farnborough is a 20 minutes drive from me. I just been on the phone to them and there excuse is because they are short staff and back logged. So I will have to wait until Monday for my parcel. Avoid using this company, slow delivery, short staff, broken promises.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am trying to get in contact with the Yodel depot as my delivery has been attempted on 4 different occasions but the driver cannot find my address. I have spent hours on the webchat trying to get this resolved.

Terrible service, and you cannot speak to anybody for help. Webchat just gives the same information they post on their "tracking" system. And the "contact us" phone number is just automated with the same information with no option to actually speak to somebody.

this is the worst delivery company.  just don't associate your life with this company.  There is no warning about the delivery, only a message that the delivery has been missed, although I am at home at this time!  What it is?  It is impossible to reach the support service, they do not help either!  three such false attempts at delivery and then need to be picked up from a warehouse that is 12 miles away.  This company is my headache!

Absolutely the worst delivery Company ever.  Driver self signed and left two boxes outside our offices after closing on a Friday so were in the rain and snow for over 48hours until Monday morning.  Would never choose these imbeciles.  Forget contacting the local depot and web chat services are a bunch of liars, probably in another country.  They shut down the web chat when I called them out.

Worst delivery experience ever.  Asked to stay home to receive the package.  They provided a slot 2 hours before delivery Fine.  Then never showed up claimed it had been delivered to a neighbour and provided a random house number.  No street address just a number.  Contacted customer service and they say wait 24 hours each time.  This company is a scam and should be shutdown.
