Driver from this depot was 'unable to find my address' 8 times, despite providing them with GPS coordinates and what3words for my front door. Absolutely didn't even try to find my house, probably lost my parcel and didn't want to admit to it. If you have to use a courier for the South West, for the love of god do not use Yodel.
I waited days for my parcel, told it was going to be delivered today. No sign of it all day, and no updates on the tracking. Then suddenly this evening, it updated to unable to deliver, returned to sender. They didn't ring the door bell, or phone or email. Nothing, awful bottom tier delivery service.
1 star because -100 is not an option. Never use them if you want to get your stuff. No adequate communication, expected delivery is due on Saturday and I get 3 emails on Friday that they've missed me on Monday-Tuesday and Thursday. How am I supposed to know if they said it will come on Saturday? I spoke to 3 different people, including a ''manager'' they said 3 different things then to finally telling me that they will not re-deliver until the sender contacts them. I bought the stuff, which is my personal beloging and they are waiting for someone else to confirm that they can deliver again? Will make an official complaint and never use them again!
Parcel due for delivery Wednesday, I get a text on the Tuesday with a 2 hour delivery window...after the time has already passed... Get home to a card left in my building, no name, no apartment number, no time, didn't even know whether it was my parcel as the online tracking still hadn't even changed. Automated phone system can't even find my package. Absolutely useless
Absolutely awful service.. they lost my valuable parcel in Wales but still somehow tracked it to Southampton.. terrible communications and quick to wash their hands of them losing the parcel and passing the blame to the sender!nSteer well clear unless you want a rubbish service and your parcel lost!
