Yodel managed to fail delivery to a parcel shop in the middle of the day! It has taken more than a week to deliver at this point, in this day in age that's extraordinary.
No address on my parcel as an error from the sender and they wouldn't even let me pay for a redelivery with giving them the address. I live on the wirral and the depot is miles away. Absolute Nightmare!
Wrexham home delivery.........what a bunch of jokers. If this firm is delivering to you expect very poor service. They say they attempt delivery when they haven't been at all and tracking info arrives AFTER the delivery window. Avoid!
Yodel Wrexham have had my parcel for 4 days now. When I've contacted them on the chat I've been told nothing but lies.nEveryday they tell me it's out for delivery and to keep checking the status online and guess what at the end of each day the status either reads arriving soon or out for delivery.nIf I could give no stars for Yodel and their level of customer satisfaction and service then I would.nI wonder what year I will receive my parcel?
Excellent service from the Wrexham Depot. Take my parcels with no issues, no moans and groans but a smile on their face not like some of the parcel drop off shops. A complete pleasure to deal with the staff here. Well done, keep up the great work that you do.
