Liked this place, warm friendly atmosphere and lovely staff even if they spelt all 3 of our names wrong!, also student discounts available. Milk tea was flavourful. How this place stands out from others is by the many rare flavours you can get for example in terms of milk tea: blossom, rose and numerous chocolate flavours e.g. chocolate orange Jan 2023. Good volume of drink, however, quality wise, tasted a little more artificial than other places I've been to, but overall a good experience.

This place is amazing! Their drinks are absolutely amazing, and costumer service is always friendly whilst remaining efficient. Ann and Tania are always so helpful whenever I have questions, or want to try something new. Definitely recommending this place!

I've been in Yobu different times since I live in Bournemouth and I'm very happy with the product they sell. They have the most traditional and good testing bubble teas of whole Dorset.  I can't say outside Dorset because I didn't try them all yet They are the only ones following the Taiwanese original recipe so far.  Btw I've decided to make this review because recently they have added a new item on menu that it's just amazing! The product name is yo-koola!  The girl who served me  Tania  was very helpful to make me understand the difference between the Yo-Koola and the bubble teas I usually drink and so make me wanna try the new product... And was mind blowing! Better than ever, so refreshing and so tasty! I do like minimal drinks so I took a Yo-Koola with watermelon syrup! Top product so far I had! I strongly suggest any bubble teas lover to go there and try it and also try the classic and the froyo. You won't regret it!  Thank you so much Yobu

Came here to grab a bubble tea while we were waiting for a restaurant table nearby. Tania, Tsomo and Julian were welcoming, tea was flavorful and the pearls were fresh, even though it was evening time. Very pleasantly surprised to find authentic, high quality bubble tea in Bournemouth. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely lovely place ran by lovely people. Delicious tomato beef noodles and even have a beautiful Wall of plushies! I used to go there all the time with my family before going to uni, and visiting again today during my Christmas break reminded me how much I love it here!Food: 5/5

I was served by Tania and Kira Mae and they were super sweet!! Loved the atmosphere and look of the place &lt;3 Bubble tea I got was delicious even tho i had better ones. Still good tho!Food: 4/5

Now whilst the load of imported products upon entry was different to my usuals bubble tea experience it made me want to jump in more so. With friendly student pricing/discounts couldn’t walk out without a few. Highly recommend the milk tea selection strawberry/mango with passion fruit exploding balls. Queues going well outside with how popular it must be locally.

You literally won't be able to find a place more welcoming. The staff are always so bubbly and helpful and they have a huge selection of drinks. The environment is cosy and fun and I always look forward to my next visit.
