Amazing Greek food in Glasgow. Lots to choose from and everything was great quality. We had the pork souvlaki plate, the meat was delicious and the chips were perfectly seasoned. Lovely Greek salad & pittas too! Having previously lived in Crete for a year this was a definite blast from the past and wonderfully nostalgic. We will be back!
Been here many times to try new flavoured dishes. The simple dishes,like the rustic chips had a salt/herb seasoning that I loved,as did the bread,oil,tomato, feta dish. Could not fault service,and we will be back again to try more dishes. The best gyros in Glasgow! And the best gyros I've had anywhere including Athens! Get the mixed meat gyros, add halloumi and lamb souvlaki with some spicy feta sauce and thank me later
My new favourite Greek restaurant in Glasgow. Not as flashy but the gyros were excellent and most like the ones we had in Crete. The tzatziki was excellent and since we were hungry we added a chicken souvlaki which was big and tasty.
We ordered a main and a drink each. We weren’t informed by the waitress that it doesn’t come with a side. All the souvlakis that I had usually come with chips/salad. When the meal arrived, we told them we also want some chips and we ordered them off the top of our heads without a menu and they took a long time to come. Our main was already cold by then. Granted that it’s partially our fault, but a bit of communication would have helped.
Visited with my Cypriot partner. Very impressed with the food, and the extensive Greek wine available! Very well priced. Would recommend!

If you love Gyros you must try here! Would rate a million stars if I could. What an amazing experience at Yiamas. Honestly one of the best gyros if not meals I have eaten in a long time. The quality, taste and flavours were incredible and to match some proper Greek beer! Delicious. I had the hummus and pitta and also the mixed gyro Chicken and Pork. The waitress who served me was very friendly and polite and I’m very thankful for her attentiveness. I am not local to the area but when I return to the area I will definitely pop in again.
Today I went to a greek restaurant in Glasgow. Overall you can't get closer to Greece without travelling there. We went there during lunch time, because the place is usually bussy. Menu and prices were fine. I ordered a gyros. So did my friend, but it was a chicken plate gyro. Food came quick and I loved every piece of it. I wish the frites could have more taste to them and be more crispy. Also more tzatziki. Portions are also small. Unfortunately service was not the best. 8/10. Highly recommend going there for a journey to Greece.
