This groomer always exceeds our expectations. My dogs will always go to Yew Tree Grooming now. From the moment you ring to book you are treat with courtesy, efficiency and politeness. They confirm the booking by text and even remind you 48 hours before the booked appointment. Advice and all communications are clear and welcome. You are asked exactly what you want for your pet and they never fail to deliver. The price is as advertised with no surprises. There is also the added bonus of free nail cutting between grooms and they always have time for you on the phone with advice and help between grooms if required. Clearly the cheapest and one of the best around . In fact when it comes to value for money - easily the best. Will return again and again and highly recommended

I brought my 6 month old puppy for his first "proper groom" this morning. I am so so glad I found Steve! I was a little nervous after a few dodgy puppy grooms however Steve and Toni were amazing and understood exactly what i was looking for. My Louie looks absolutely fantastic, more than I could have hoped for. The personal touch, recommendations and tips is something you don't receive from most groomers, plus exclusivity just for your dogs amazing. I would 100% recommend Yew Tree Grooming to anyone. Have been a customer of Steves for nearly a year now, and first came across his services when we had just got our puppy and he needed his nails done. Steve is a genuine dog lover and we have no concerns leaving our dog with him for his grooming session, and can tell our boy has no anxiety when visiting.  Steve offers a great service at a great price, and takes a lot of pride in his business - including his rule of only one customer on the premises at a time. This was a great relief for us when we first had a puppy and was waiting for his full course of vaccinations.  Well recommended.

Steve has provided an absolutely fantastic service every single time for our girl Betty. He has always been professional, helpful and has always found the time to fit Betty in for a full groom. She always comes back to us relaxed, happy and looking/smelling absolutely gorgeous. He is fantastic with her and we have always absolutely trusted for her to be in his hands.  I’m very sad to see Steve go as Bettys groomer as we are moving far away but I could not honestly give a better recommendation for his excellent service and treatment of my dog. Thank you for everything you’ve done for our girl!

Steve has groomed my dog since she was a puppy. He’s professional in his approach and kind to my dog. He does a great job and is customer focused. Communication with him is always clear and efficient. He takes a great pride in his work. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He’s so professional and knowledgable about the dogs and their needs but also so compassionate. My pug has a huge phobia of getting his nails trimmed or even anyone touching his feet. Steve has persisted with him like a dog whisperer!! And when he went for his full hygiene groom, he smelled amazing for over a week later!! Amazing price but most of all a really trustworthy service where you can see clearly that he cares about the dogs. Very happy customer.

Steve is wonderful with our dogs. Before pandemic we had used other groomers but as they closed for a few months, we had to find somebody else. We were extremely fortunate to find Steve and we wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else now. There are no other dogs there when ours come for an appointment, they do not have to be kept in cages when Steve has finished, they even have a little patio to stretch and have a wee. You can clearly see that Steve loves dogs, loves what he does and dogs can feel it. I would definitely recommend Steve.

I have been using Steve for the last 2 years and I can’t recommend him enough. He always greets you with a lovely warm welcome and a beautiful smile.. When I pick up my Bichon he comes out so giddy confident and happy  Huge thank you for taking care of Dexter! He looks and smells absolutely gorgeous.. I can’t thank you enough!

Steve did a great job cutting my 2 elderly dogs hair. He was very responsive messaging me throughout to let me know where he was up to and to reassure me that they were okay one dog gets very nervous. I first made contact with Steve in July after lockdown was lifted. He was very busy and couldn’t book our pup in for his first grooming until September  In the meantime, he was more than happy to check him over pretty much straight away and cut his nails.  He gave a short demo to our doggie, to the equipment that he would be using on the session so as to reduce his anxiety  We also went over to see Steve the night before the groom so our pup could again be familiarised with the surroundings and equipment.  Our doggie went in looking like raggity Andy and came out looking rather posh   From our first contact, Steve has communicated very well with us and at the time of the groom sent regular updates as to how our doggie was getting on.  Really pleased with the service and the results. Thanks for looking after him so well
