I have just completed treatment at the clinic, spanning 18 months, seeing two dentists for extraction. I cannot thank them enough! The reception team, dental nurses and dentists were all fantastic.
Been attending this dental practice for many years. At first the dentists were excellent but now the last few I've seen have been dreadful to the point of me going home and crying.. I've had teeth removed that didn't need removing dentist before last said I needed two fillings and last one said the teeth had to be removed and refused to cement my bridge back in saying it didn't fit, but she barely tried and I can push it into place no problem.. I've been waiting since 2013 for upper back dentures to be completed but they won't stay in place.. I'm refusing to have teeth removed on next visit as was told they only needed filling.. I wonder if they get paid more for extraction? I'm dreading going back and seeing last dentist again as she was so off hand with me.. But need these upper dentures. I hope the next dentist will be nicer.
Excellent dentist and dental assistant, had 2 teeth taken out gently and professionally, took time to explain things to me, the receptionists are also very friendly, would recommend this place to anyone.
