Tried to find out if they had Navaras on display no info on website. Webchat could not answer and when I rang I was on hold for ages and then got an answer phone message during the time the dealership was open. I was passing anyway so dropped in and spent 15-20 mins looking at the Navara in the show room and not once did any one ask if I needed any help! When I do buy a Navara it won't be from Yeomans!!

If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would have. I've bought a lot of cars in my time but this place was far superior then any other. From the 1st enquiry over the phone nothing was too much trouble for Rob Sanderson. I was kept informed all the way of what was happening. Then if I thought things couldn't get any better Rob himself made the 500 mile trip to deliver the car to my house as I was struggling to get down to pick the car up. Now that is customer service at its best ! Rob is a total credit to your company !

It should be only two stars really as booked online and when I turned up there was no record of the booking. Guy on the desk very apologetic and helpful.

Visited because I had what transpired was a flat battery in the remote key controller. I'd had my new car just five weeks. Despite guarantee, I was forced to pay over £5 for the coin battery. Some service!!
