Big fan of this cab co usually. Always recommended to the patrons of our local club. Tonight after waiting 30 agreed minutes we had to go and find the driver in the street, 3 ladies! On checking that he was in fact going to be with us soon, got the rudest response ever from a female controller, never dealt with her before, who assured me that no booking was made for us and we would have to rebook. 3 drops, usually 12/15£ was changed to £30. So he was there and she was out of control of her capabilities. You lost our business and we got home by other means. What’s more we will do so in the future and look for a more reliable company to service ourselves and club patrons.
Appalling service. Stood at the counter with my wife, 5 year old daughter and 2 suit cases waiting but being ignored by the person behind the counter. We then got a quote for £20.00. We did not argue as we just wanted to get home after traveling all day. This was annoying as it only cost £12.00 when we ordered a cab from another firm to get us to Morden station a week earlier. Find a better solution.
I use this cab company a lot as they are the only one in Morden, the drivers are polite but one of the controllers was very rude and shouted at me. My partner booked a cab for 17.50, I got to the office at 17.50 and was told it was 10 minutes, I said my partner had booked and that is when the controller was rude. Why take bookings if you can't honour them?
Such a bad experience. Very bad customer service skills, also very rude. Driver did not know where he was going into central london, took an extra 45 minutes than planned because he could not follow the navigation. To top it off I was Quoted one price which was confirmed in a text & then told to pay an extra when I was about to leave! After calling the office I was told “it’s not their problem, that I had to pay as they had my address!” Awful awful awful!
We booked a taxi to Gatwick from Morden at 6.45am on a Sunday morning, only 24 hours before due to the rail strikes. We were slightly early and able to wait inside the offices, and then our taxi was also early. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than all other quotes we obtained. We would recommend the company and use them again in future!
Took a cab back to Tadworth late on a Saturday night. I went in and one was pretty much ready within 2 mins, cost wasn’t too bad too plus the car was very clean and the driver was very friendly. Would recommend
Just phoned to see about new year's eve the bloke was rude and put the phone down, I have used these in the past no problem but they need to sort there controller out.
Very bad experience. I have booked a car for going from Saint Pancras International train station in a mini van to my brother’s place. The quote was £42. This was done two days before my travel. I received a confirmation by email. But 30 mn before our arrival, we received a phone call that the quotation is wrong and the real price will be £75! My brother who also phoned to ask for the same quotation was told £55. I had no time to book another taxi so we accepted. When arrived we had the utmost difficulty to reach the driver. It took 30 mn to find where he was parked. He was quite rude also. The car was a normal car and not the mini van that I requested. He took a long way to get at our place and did not put the AC on although it was too hot. We will boycott this company from now on. Really sad and distressful.
Reliable, clean and safe. Been using them for airport trips for the last three years and now my father uses them for the hospital appointments. Good guys, good prices and reliable!
Great service for airport run. Really friendly driver arrived on time. Office staff really helpful. Kept updated with texts. Would definitely recommend
