Good food, good choice. Vegi options good and tasty mostly. Staff are friendly, price is fair. Not had a bad experience so far over many months, don't live locally, but do visit periodically as family are in the area. Would recommend

A beautiful public house and restaurant. Plenty of patking spaces. Inside is small but welcoming with an open fire in winter. Paved garden area to the front of the pub but shielded from the road by hedge rows. This is a very popular pub for workers wanting a quick drink before heading home. The bar area is small but friendly staff make up for this. The restroom is clean and smells nice.

Toilets are horrible, floors are covered in water. They're also located at the entrance so you can smell them when you first walk in. Food was ok, price is reasonable. Service was a little slow but friendly.

Lovely decor, nice setting and lovely staff but the food wasn't even mediocre. Had about a 45 minute wait from the starter. Left leaving feeling more tipsy than full - just to pass the time! Have been a few times and the food was only a hit the first visit so we gave it the benefit of the doubt. Wasn't even busy this evening. If I could upload the video, it'd show the poached eggs still dancing on the plate! The 2 stars are for the table waiting staff and decor.
