Absolutely vile customer service. Bouncers are absolutely useless and some other bloke walking around in a suit I can only assume he was part of staff.. was rude and unprofessional. Asked for two gin and lemonades and I can assure you that was not what I was served I ended up throwing it down the sink in the toilets because it was absolutely vile. One drink was dark and one was light but they were suppose to be the same thing. I would avoid.. charged £5 each for entry but was dead inside absolutely no vibe what so ever. £5 to stand in an empty room place is a joke.
Appalled by the attitude of the DJ - 24/02/23. Very politely requested songs to be told no, he doesn’t care about what music people like or want to dance too he is just there for the money. Dancehall being one of the requests he replied no he won’t play that sh*t because he is white. Definitely not the only person to complain about the music/vibe. Disappointing really. Also non branded spirits are being served when asking for the actual spirit.
Cancelled event, we weren't contacted about it only found out by chance and have not received a refund. Cannot be contacted. Avoid buying tickets for this venue based on this and information from the band performing they are highly unreliable
Very poor customer safety by the bouncers & club staff. They could have resolved the situation before it escalated but unfortunately they didn’t do much from the beginning. Eventually leading to a fight and being kicked out, when it was not our fault. They need to make customer safety a priority.
Lady at the bar seems to have a problem serving asian guys. If it's the case then might as well put a sign at the door saying no asian welcome. This is not coming from me only but most asian guys have felt this.
At the bar ordered a bud for my friend, asked if I wanted from tap and I said yes, next thing I know my friend has pointed out the bar staff with her hand fully in the cup then opening a bottle to pour in which i beleive is cheaper after i had paid for tap, so essentially I got scammed, and my friend wasn't too happy about a whole hand being in her cup rightfully.
Very strict and hands on. Very violent . Also left my gilet there by accident and messaged them on Instagram and they have seen it but not responded. 1/10 club.
