Visited the Post Office on 03.04.2018 to send two prepaid parcels. When asked the contents of the items, i gave an exact description... before i could even finish my sentence the guy behind the window starting yelling at me about prosecution / criminal investigations if i were to be caught lying. I had no reason to lie and had clearly explained what was in the parcel (mobile phone) - in front of a queue full of people, this was very embarrassing. I understand he has to clarify contents before sending, but there was no need to be rude.
This is not the first time the staff in this Post Office have been rude and aggressive towards me.

Rude staff these people should be fired today my mum came out the place crying I thought yateley people were ment polite really giving our village a bad name

I pass a post office to get to this one - great staff, superb service.  Really helpful if you don't know what services and costs are available for a particular item. Thoroughly recommend them.

the post office supposed to open at 9am waited outside for 20 minutes for the owner to arrive. She opened the door without even apologizing to the customers waiting in the cold. She then served with a bad attitude and when I mentioned her that I felt she should apologize at least she started being abusive and told me to take my letter somewhere else if I Have a problem. Shocking experience! Rude staff horrible service.
