Limited sports facilities but well maintained clean and tidy. The staff make you feel welcome. It is warm and the facilities fully support the activities they are aimed at.

Food is good but the accommodation is awful. Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are horrendous! I wouldn't go back if I could avoid it.

Started here dec 2016. Was working locally. Thats the last time I let the admin team book my accommodation! Lol . The bed was comfy. Room small. Bathrooms very dated. Only had the breakfast.which was cafeteria style. No thrills but edible This is a conference centre and so had the feel of a college campus or Air Force Barracks so don't expect hotel ambiance. However, the check in staff were very helpful. Good free access to fast wifi too. Would I stay here again? I hope not. I must make an effort to find better.

Fine if you are staying in the conference centre so it is free. Fitness suit is fine, the staff were unhelpful and inconsistent over needing to bring cards, and on two of the days would hardly speak to me. Squash courts are in terrible condition and to use a broken racket costs £1. Did the job for my three day stay but I think the worst sports centre I have ever been in.
