The post office at Eaglescliffe is polite, willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is satisfied and the opening hours are excellent, I do not think there is another post office that is open 8am to 9pm seven days a week. Before we had this post office, we had one in Yarm that opened 9am to 5 pm four days a week and was closed on a Wednesday. Some people should remember that before moaning that they closed early one day. I bet there are many people that would be over the moon to have their post office open for a part of that time. I can only say about the service I got every time I went in and that was excellent.
Totally useless, absolutely not the fault of the staff on the ground, hours never stuck too !! This public service is not doing the people of eaglescliffe any use, managers need stringing up, or just to cut down on their cigarette breaks, staff badly treated, bring back the old manager as never has this place ran so badly
Have driven to them multiple times from dropping package and they say post office is closed, though it says they are open when I check online before leaving. Its very frustrating
Absolutely terrible. It’s a roll of the dice wether or not the post office is open. 3 times I’ve been this week and all three times it’s been closed!
