Good customer service. The food is standard. The seating is a little bit too tight no social distancing. The decoration in the restaurant is beautiful.
This was a pleasant surprise amid thin pickings for eateries in Chelsea Harbour. Slightly gruff maitre'd on arrival and customarily loud musical performer in this highly decorated Lebanese restaurant. We opted for Parisian style and heated pavement enclosure which also offers Shisha. Waiter was patient and explanatory as we worked our way through extensive menu and suggested alternative wines worried we might not like the Lebanese wine. Very good, reasonably priced and we'll be back.
I am a VERY fussy diner and I honestly am not easy to please. That said, I really can't fault this place on any level. First class service, top class food, lovely decor, classy location, as well as very reasonable prices. I will 100% be returning there.
Live music, beautiful setup can be a little bit much for some tiny portions big prices, for a chicken kebab it was more of half s chicken breast with four bread sticks and taste was standard, with no salad for about £30. I was a bit disappointed if you are to charge me full price using quality ingredients, then give me the right portions. Parking: You get a ticket in the underground parking and th3 restaurant will reimburse you.
We’ve eaten here twice in the last 3 days. The food is phenomenal and the staff and service were exceptional. We could not recommend this restaurant any higher and have very much enjoyed both meals.
We had a fantastic experience here. We had bought a voucher, and you never know what kind of service you get for those. But everyone at Yamal Alsham was great, we were greeted in a very friendly manner, seated promptly, and food came out quickly too. The tasting menu was delicious and plentiful, we also ordered drinks and dessert to go with it. Staff was super nice and service was prompt, the food was fresh and packed with flavour. There's a cover charge and service charge, which is about average for London.
Been here to my own fault on 3 occasions. Each time has been poor but tonight’s poor service takes the biscuit, ruined the whole evening and zero remorse. Also nowhere near the best Lebanese food in Fulham/Chelsea
I Visited this restaurant this evening and had The most terrible experience ever! In my opinion they don't even deserve any stars. Extremely rude unwelcoming staff. Here is what happened: I go to restaurant with no body as I like travelling alone with a book. I approached a staff for a table outside and was told it was only for shisha I said ok I will eat inside. I sit inside on a lovely table and ordered a glass of red. After 5 min I was told by a member of staff I need to move as that table was reserved . Extremely bad communication within staff I was sat outside next to 4 lovely Canadian ladies who were NOT having shisha The same gentleman who first denied table outside approached me asking me to move AGAIN . At this point I asked him are we playing pinball? He was extremely rude and told me that you only have 40 min on this table and then you have to go and the ladies are listening to this. I felt Unsafe and unwelcomed. I didn't want to order anything and I asked for a bill for red wine. They give me bill with Service charge and I asked them to take it off. Lovely Canadian ladies offer me food from their table so that I have taste of food as they have been watching how I was treated. What a shameful and horrible experience. I talked to Ali the manager and he was understanding and not even offered me refund for wine. He said what do you want? I said at this point I just want to leg it from here and offer something nice to the lovely ladies. I made friends with ladies and something good came out of it anyway. Don't go to this restaurant for service but I heard the food was good so go for food and probably go with a personal security guard. Lol
This is my second Lebanese food experience. This one was great. First of all a great gluten free knowledge of the staff. Second a great tasting with all the different tapas. I only did the glutenfree Vegan opties but they tasted wonderful. Nice spicy options. The mAin dish was lamb and that was a special experience. Thank you for the nice treatment and great food experience.
Nice Lebanese restaurant in imperial wharf, delicious food and nice food
