10/10 the food is amazing, once you take one bite you can’t stop eating it , the service is fantastic and the food is fabulous, would recommend it to everyone.
One of the poor customer service I ever seen in my life which is express grill and rude service wow I will never ever go again there the food is always cold
Quality of food and service has massively dropped. Inside the tables are all filthy and not cleared up whilst the staff are hanging around talking. Portion sizes have gone smaller, whilst the prices have gone up!
Missing order, wrong ingredients on menu giving option for rice but when completely the order it is naan bread, ordered lamb meatballs but got lamb kebabs instead, the lamb curry taste few days old the list is endless. You will be disappointed dont order from here
Nobody ever buy from this take away, will never order from here again , the food had green mold on it and they never get ur order right even after you repeat it 3 times so disappointed
Asked for plain half chicken, he gave me spicy. I asked to return it for a plain one as I ordered it once I realised it was spicy, He wouldn't make me a plain one or refund the money. Really rude and against trading standards.
Been in to this x press grill, and the food was served cold, the donner was not cooked and the chicken was from the day before before. I have noticed the guys behind the counter looked like they didn't have a clue . Quick to take money and give bad food. Am taking up with trading standards . Nothing has changed still dirty and food was like card. I have never had the need to write a bad review .
These guys flame grill a damn good chicken. My fave spot Food: 5/5
I have ordered from here a few times and every time they keep missing some item whenever I come to Peterborough I always take an average of £28.00 order but something has to be missing when I go home and call them they say ok but on the next visit as if I have done something wrong . Definitely will not be going back there again as there are many food places in Peterborough.
