Wonderful personal service. Stayed open late so we could pick up our stuff. Same day as well!

Phoned on Friday to get told the shop closes at 4 o'clock on a Saturday to my pick item's up, that I needed for my flight. Travel down at 3 o'clock to collect and shop was CLOSED!!! VOICEMAIL FULL...Gutted..AVOID.!

Sign on doors says back in 5 minutes, been currently waiting for it to open for 45 minutes. Very poor service

Poor customer service, got items back late with a gold zip on a black item which looks terrible. On going to pick these up at an agreed time and 2 days late  they had closed the shop. Had to wait for 15minutes then was asked to pay again even though I had already. Would avoid!
