One of the best companies I've worked for & I'm 52yrs old. Worked from there Rochester depot for around a decade on dayshift & nightshift forklift truck driving & as a driver's mate & absolutely loved every minute of it. Been off for 2 & half year's recovering from an almost fatal motorbike accident hoping to be back in part time work to begin with within the next 2 to 2 & half month's

Asked for a call 1hr before delivery as the property is empty. Gt a call 10 mins, before, drivers unloaded at the door, refused to take inside,as this was not paid for. Told us for a fee they could take it in and unpack it. Asked them get a price frm.the office however he didn't bother to. We were left with a 3dr freezer left on the pavement in the rain. Lazy and unprofessional

Wed  del no show. Emailed by them next day at 5 31 pm saying they would deliver between 7 am and 10 am that day. Did not show again .then delete sun  8th again no show. This company are pish.  Can you give no stars .incapable of any kind of service.  Use emails to avoid  irate customers who only want what  is a simple task.  Can't sit in all day again. DPD   much better company

Terrible is an understatement and Health & Safety I wouldn’t know were to begin but sums up XPO as a whole. This place is in a league of its own how nobody’s been killed is beyond me.

Recommend high for transport
