Bike Works are a great team, and Phil is knowledgeable and super helpful. Had servicing done here; bought various items and a bike and converted a 3x9 speed to 1x11. Sought advice countless times! The new shop in Rolle St is looking great!
Phil is an absolute legend and a pleasure to deal with. No job is too small, he goes above and beyond, prices are reasonable and he's very knowledgeable. What more could you ask, five stars.
Friendly and helpful when I wandered in to book my bike for a service. Sent a quote very quickly and once accepted, finished service very speedily. Payment was easy via bacs. Highly recommend.

Really disappointd...really nice blokes but when my husband was trying to book our e bikes in for servicing every time he rang it went to a/p, they called back once but we were out so he left 2 more messages & we heard nothing!
Phil is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The first time I popped in to the shop he gave me about 30 mins of his time to go over all the options when it came to fitting new parts to my mtb. The work was done efficiently and to a very high standard. Outstanding service overall.

Great bike shop in the middle of Exmouth. Phil the owner is a good guy and goes out of his way to give you the best service he can, very fairly priced and he does a great job. I have been using The Bikeworx for over a year now and I am very happy with everything so I will continue to use them.
