Car went in following road traffic accident and from the initial phone call to book my car in on a date that suited me, to delivering it back to me again at a time that suited me, the customer service was excellent. 
There is no evidence that my car had ever been damaged. Also came back valeted inside and out.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company especially if you drive a Kia as they use approved parts.

Extremely impressed by XL Motors. My car was sent to them via LandRover however they kept in contact with me throughout and their level of service was 100% . No complaints on any part of the process, they  have a great system and staff clearly know how the company works.

Friendly and helpful staff. Courtesy car included in quote. They took three days to do the fix. Other quotes I got for half the cost says a guy in a van would do it outside my house in 4 hours. Glad I went with XL. I have a keen eye and can't see any sign there was ever any damage, I highly doubt it would have been this good if a bloke had done it on the drive.

Flawless service, fitted me in even though they were very busy, was seated in the waiting room while the work was carried out and given a coffee while I waited. Free wifi was also a plus. Had a lovely chat with Rob the owner who took time out to make sure I was well catered for and I was comfortable, and just generally have a nice chat. Work was completed to a high standard and very quickly, they even invited me through into the workshop to explain what was wrong and what they had done to fix the problem. 10/10, very satisfied customer!
