Their driver today was incredibly rude. He shouted at me for not booking two men to deliver the item even though I told him I bought the item on amazon, and then asked me to come and collect the item to bring it up to the 3rd floor as there is no lift. Once I got downstairs I argued that he would have to take it up if I were an older person or had a disability, or at least help me take it upstairs. He got upset and left with the item.
Terrible company. Claimed to have delivered a parcel but didn’t. No signature and no photo taken- no note to say where they might have dropped it and absolutely no chance of them answering a phone to discuss. When you complain by email they take days to come back and the message is always the same. “Talk to the retailer” despite the fact that they have acknowledged the fact that they had the parcel.
Avoid at all cost! Unless you're unfortunate enough to have someone send you a parcel via these cowboys. I waited in all day for a parcel that didn't get delivered until the following day. Tried phoning XDP but the number listed doesn't work. Good luck!
Shocking company. I ordered on April 8th & I got a dispatch email yesterday. I tracked it & couldn’t make sense of it, the information wasn’t clear so I called & their lines are closed!. I emailed & received a generic response saying I’d be contacted within 24-48 hrs maybe longer!!. I tired the tracker again but it wasn’t working & still isn’t so I called the local depot to me but the number was unavailable!. I know things are difficult right now but this is ludicrous!, How are you supposed to track or chase up a parcel if you can’t use the tracker & no one answers the phone lines!!. Terrible service & I still don’t know where my item is!!!!
Only recieved 1 of 3 packages left by side if house did not knock no contact number or email address. Had to rely on others to sort. Would not reccomend
Rubbish company, I had 3 separate delivery dates for my order and it never turned up on any of the dates provided.Cannot phone them, the help sends you round in circles, the tracking never works, I got my delivery eventually but will never buy from anyone who uses this company as a courier.
