Lee arrived in the time scale he had given and got to work. He found a way through the tiniest of gaps to cut out the damaged iron gas pipes and replace with brand new. Continued to test the gas flow and all good. Gave some solid advice and was clean and tidy throughout. We were so happy with the resolution that we have asked XBG to quote for a new boiler. Final invoice was bang on the quoted price. Lee has a great business here and we'll definitely be using again. One of his engineers, Glen, had come out the day before to quote the job and was very courteous and professional. Photo of damaged and leaking gas pipe!!!
Lee and his team were highly professional in every way. Effective communication from start to finish, and friendly too. A great service - highly recommended.

Just had Tom round today 6/12/2023, What can l say ,what a lovely and helpful. He is always on time ,explains what he is doing, Tom has done a few jobs,for us A 3,way valve, put a tank in my airing cupboard, and put some radiator thermostat on .
