This isn't a complaint, but more of an observation of what I saw here on my visit today. The way I saw the supervisor speak to one of her shop assistants was disgraceful. So rude. She showed no interest in her customers at all. All but one member staff looked miserable. I'm not surprised given the poisonous atmosphere. There was one shop assistant who looked like she wanted to be there-the woman who served me. The shoes on selection are fantastic, so 2 stars.
I bought 2 pairs of adidas "originals" trainers for my sons birthday, £59.99 and £62.99 Friendly service, clean, bright and positive environment. Prices are competitive compared to High Street main stores, where adidas gazelles would be found between £70-£80 per pair. If nike air max "classic bw" were stocked, I'd probably have got myself some too..
The range of shoes is adequate but you pay for the quality and, sometimes, that makes them a little bit more beyond-reach for lower income customers. Helpful staff though and a nice, quiet store with parking on-site.
When i asked the sales assistant , who was not serving anyone else, if she had my size in the boots I had chosen . Told I will go and look in a minute . Continued to pick up some tickets on the desk and I waited for 5to6 minutes ,until she moved from behind the counter and went to look .
Great selection of shoes etc,staff very helpful,only went Infor a pair of flip flops for hols ,but had look round impressed
