We carry a large portfolio of products, some 20,000 in all. We therefore serve very diverse markets, originally purely agricultural but, increasingly, catering for the rural and urban dweller with an interest in gardening, pets, horses, and also to people with a plot of land too large to call a garden! The Staff here are really helpful, i had a problem with some water pipe joints and animal husbandry at home, the manager and hardware chap was a massive help, definitely recommend shopping there or just calling in to have a look round : thanks again
Very helpful friendly staff, quality feed and good variety of stock..
A massively unproffesional experience dealing with the staff. They took my details after i ordered a garden arch, as i said wouldnt pay for it upfront, incase it was delivered damaged. Archway was delivered by their supplier, without paperwork or even a knock at the door. After a couple of weeks waiting for invoice, i was left a message saying if i didnt pay within a couple of weeks, 'we' would turn up at the given address. Who actually is 'we'? Then i was harrassed continually by phone calls. Then i had a friend request on facebook by an employee. I told him i hadnt received an invoice. Lo and behold, an invoice was delivered the day after, some three weeks after delivery! Incedently, the invoice had been backdated, obviously trying to cover up their mess. Ive since paid the bill, and was not offered any reduction in price for the crass bullying tactics i experienced. Oh, and the arch was damaged when it arrived. Will not be using them again.

Not very customer friendly. And yes you do have calender, try ringing you head office and you will be able to get them!
Staff very abrupt, need customer service lessons and learn to speak louder and clearer. Outside staff much more friendly

Great all round agricultural store, always have what you need. Can fine some items cheaper else where.
