I raised a concern in February about the medication I was taking for my mental health, I was concerned that the medication was making my mental health worse and raised this issue with this practice. I then wasn’t seen until June, I attended the surgery hoping that a change would be made to my medication and it wasn’t. I was then told I would need another telephone appointment? This wasn’t available until August. I found this shocking as a person that doesn’t often need the doctors I have waited nearly 6 months for a appointment and feel totally helpless. This isn’t good enough and I have now gone private as I cannot wait any longer. 6 months is too long to wait for someone with mental health problems.
My daughter and I had a very prompt professional service from all the staff we came across. The staff put us at ease over the phone and fitted us in. There is not one negative about the service we had. Other than they did not believe I was 21
In for blood test. Got here 10 mins early. 15 mins after my appt time still no updates. Running late is all I'm told when I ask. Sort it out. It's not London
When me and my wife lived here in Wymondham we tried this GP practice and I have to say it was disappointing trying to get an appointment was impossible and when we did see a GP what a waste of time that was.nWe registered with a new surgery and never looked back after the disappointing treatment that we previously received from Wymondham Medical Centre.
I've had amazing service and the staff very friendly. When I have been extremely unwell and no appointments they do their best and get a doctor to call.
