This library is a little bit of paradise.nThe women who work in the book section are exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. There is always an inviting atmosphere in the children's department which is vibrant and well stocked.nThere are computers too, but most often some are not functioning but members of the public are invariably helpful in fixing this where possible. But do take earphones if you need to focus as endless stirring of soup/drink and loud talk is commonplace in that computer area.
Always kind and informative staff.nVery clean and tidy.nGreat events.nThere is an accessible baby change
I am a visitor/carer currently in Wymondham.nI went into the library in rather a hurry, needing to do some printing, and was so impressed with the helpfulnes, willingness and very professional service I received from Nick and Gareth.nNick registered me as a visitor, took me through to the PC and ensured that I got what I needed, then proceeded to assist me with the self-help payment system.nA huge vote of thanks for the excellent service with the great attitude!nThanks guys, you're great ambassadors to your company!
I recently signed up for this and what an easy process it was, just took in my driving licence they took a few details and was issued with a card and pass code there and then. Really friendly and helpful staff. Loads of parking right outside what looks to be a very modern building. The only downside was the amount of books, they could have far higher stock with amount of space they have. I would also suggest that books are arranged by genre I'm a huge horror fan rather than alphabetical by author. But otherwise, joining up is a must if you're a book lover in the Wymondham area.
