Ordering flowers over the phone can be tricky, especially when you don't know much about flowers and even less about how to put together a bouquet. This is the third time I've ordered with Wyle Cop Flowers for delivery the same day and once again they didn't disappoint. The lady there was extremely helpful and patient with choosing the appropriate flowers, ribbon, what to avoid, etc. and how it would all work together as a successful arrangement that was simply perfect for the occasion. Wyle Cop Flowers is a friendly, SHREWSBURY business and one I will definitely use again and would heartily recommend!
Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter for her birthday from my son and step daughter. Only had my sons name on the card and also inside the card was a sticker with someone else's wishes on them. Very poor service, I've emailed twice and not had a response. Would not recommend
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my partner for Valentine's, it was delivered today, it was absolutely beautiful, huge pink roses , pink lilys, chrysanthemums extra. It was more than I expected great value excellent service. Friendly and helpfull advice i would highly recommend this florist
Flowers were not of the best quality. Looked haggard and thrown together. The card was incomplete and missing my sons name. No order confirmation was sent. No delivery slot was given. Customer service was poor and stand offish when trying to resolve the issues we had. Unfortunately we won't be using again.
