Very Stylish bar with a unique and quirky layout with seating for both big groups and couples. They have a pool table and fuseball table, and an interesting and tasty selection of cocktails! My family and I have enjoyed our time here. As a lover of art aswell I appreciate the abstract pieces on the walls
The bar at the ALoft is probably the most cozy bar. Plenty of stylish sitting areas, some parts even hidden from the crowds for a romantic date. There is also a pool table for some fun games and socialising with other guests. The bar staff is very friendly and they make great cocktails.
Place is good, staff is just not. The ambiance is good with good space and facilities however the staff, the manager/owner at the bar was rude. Apparently I did not order as per his way!. He wanted us to order in a group and then pay individually, which usually a person on till avoids as it is confusing. Not doing so, I got an unnecessary stare ! come on, take it easy, respect the way customer wants to order, don't educate/impose your way. Big room on attitude improvement.
Lovely place to relax and enjoy a cocktail
The place itself is Ok but they need training in Customer Service. Out 5 people only 1 girl had a positive attitude, everyone else was overwhelmed by the stress and couldn't handle the place at 80% capacity. If they learn that and how to have good Team work there is a good opportunity for the staff and the establishment to do Amazingly.
I went there around 10 PM with a friend to have a drink, and when we was about to order ours drinks we been told the bar it's open for people from "outside" at 23:30. And the bar closes at 00:00. What's the point of it? And why they only told us that when we was about to order our drinks??? We asked the receptionist if it was ok to go there and have a drink and she said yes. I dont get it
Very nice place! Staff was welcoming, polite, and pleasant! Food was delicious!
