Website very clear and easy to navigate.  Very easy to upload copy of prescription and clear instructions on where to send paper copy to.  Communication was excellent throughout.  My order needed to be kept refrigerated so it was sent on a 24hr service, in a polystyrene box with extra insulation and a cool pack inside.  I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely be using them for all my future orders.  Derek

Superb service. Ordered online with a electronic copy of the prescription. Very good communication telling me my order had been dispatched. The medicine, which had to remain refrigerated, arrived the following day with excellent packaging of thermal insulation surround an ice freezer block. Can’t fault them, would use them again.

First time having used Farm Vet Supplies and definitely won't be the last. Such a swift service and my parcel was extremely well packed. Excellent, friendly service! Needed product sending out after postal strikes and they delayed postage. Order arrived well packaged which was essential as it included medicine which needed to be kept cold. Would definitely recommend!

This review has nothing to do with Friends of Gillingshill, it is from a small farm in Scotland! I just want to say thank you to Liskilly Vets for posting me a sheep vaccine, packed on ice.  It arrived perfectly cool as hoped, within 3 days of placing the order. My Vet was a little bit jealous that you could supply, but he could not.

Liskilly provides a great service, very friendly and communicative they always respond to queries quickly and send the goods promptly. They are also very competitive on price, far far less expensive than using the local vet for the same product.
