I bought all my underfloor heating materials from here. The team there are great and nothing is too much trouble. From ordering and queries through to technical assistance. The quality of the kit seems really good, although I've nothing to compare it to. One tiny criticism would be that they should provide a printed A1 version of the pipe and mat drawing in the pallet of materials. That way you can pin it up and work from it. I paid for this at a printers and it was absolutely essential to success. Wunda do supply an electronic version but I only had it on my phone given that I was renovating the house at the time. It would've helped. However I will recommend Wunda floor. They've been great with me and all my daft questions.

Fantastic company in every way. Their customer service is second to none, they are extremely helpful and gave us all the support we needed to get the system in our large house up and running in no time. They took back all our excess materials without question. We highly recommend Wundatherm.

In the process of installation. Sales and product teams great. After sales poor. Been trying to obtain adhesive and everything seems too much trouble.

I purchased and had fitted a Wunda manifold and underfloor heating system in 2018. Four years later we discovered a small leak with one of the manifold valves. I contacted Ross at Wunda Group who was extremely helpful and advised that not only was the part still under its 5 year guarantee but that he would send a replacement immediately via next day registered post. The valve arrived as promised within 24 hours and then I had it fitted. Job done. Extremely pleased with Ross's very prompt assistance in our moment of need. Thank you Ross.

Really disappointed all round, from trying to deliver our order to London twice when we live in Wales, 40 mins away from Wunda, to instructions that simply miss out lots and lots of things, to poor quality parts.

Fantastic these guys know everything about Floor Heating, smart controls and with the best service and prices..and speedy delivery too. Saved a fortune on my heating bills too. Visited their showroom and had a demo first.

I thought it was a decent product until I tried tiling onto it, I used the recommended high density boards. Completely hopeless, in the end I took the tiles up and used a backer board. They shouldn't be recommending this product as a direct tiling surface, its not rigid enough. Other than that for a standard floor its a good product.

I bought underfloor heating from them 11 years ago and I wanted to order part that broke. Customer service representative was very helpful, I couldn't explain which part was it. He asked me to take pictures and email them. He then recommended the part and help me order it.

Have used Wunda on many jobs now - especially floor heating and started using their pipes and fitting range - cannot be beaten on price - trust me I have tried! Fantastic quality and service is second to none! Cheers!

I needed a remote sensor in a public area of a building with the actual adjustable part of the roomstat for central heating in a locked private area for ease of operation.  Wunda could offer a 230V option so no batteries to be regularly replaced but the sensor cable length was 3m.  Wunda were very helpful in explaining how to increase this to 20m.
