WS Taylor were highly recommended to us and from the first contact with them to the day we received Dad’s ashes, they more than lived up to that recommendation. We were treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity at a very difficult time, they gave us advice and guided us through every step of the process with understanding and empathy. Nothing was too much for them and everything we wanted or needed was provided to us. The personal service we received was exceptional and we will be forever grateful to them all.
Billy and his team have been truly amazing, respectful and extremely professional. We have used them for both Mum and Dad and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The whole team went above and beyond anything we could have imagined and we would like to say a huge thank you, which might I add doesn’t seem enough for everything. Amazing company and staff I’m truly greatful I popping in to inquire about a urn so I could retrieve my sister ashes from a family member who was holding them and the kinda staff gave me a scatter urn free of charge and I now have my sister back where she belongs I’m truly greatful
Taylors handled the funeral arrangements for my wife's funeral promptly and efficiently at all times. They provided helpful information about the circumstances of the funeral service at the time of the coronavirus restrictions and dealt immediately with all requests about matters following the service including provision of containers for the ashes. I highly recommend them.

Hi there just want to recommend this funeral directors as amazing they can't do enough for you Billy the owner personally came to my home at what still is such a traumatic time and helped explain things how they work and what I wanted what my soulmate of seventeen years wishes were nothing but a lovely kind man helped me choose the coffin out of all the choices arranged the humanist asked me the music choices down to even opening on a Saturday so I could spend time with my soulmate he is still helping me until this day nearly six months on the chapel of rest was soo peaceful as I was terrified as it was my first experience with this my partner was dressed how I asked beautifully all my teddies Christmas card advent calendar birthday card was all placed where I wanted the music still brings tears to my eyes the smell of the candle was beautiful in a bitter sweet way.Everything the staff are amazing and the lovely reception girl Rebecca such a kind girl And Billy even helping me choose my ring for my soulmates ashes to be placed in day or night I could call him I just want to thank Billy and all the team for everything throughout this horrendous time and the ongoing support thankyou guys for each minor detail support and advice guidance and care Adil
