Friendly, professional staff. Well stocked with a huge array off quality stock items. Home delivery available for the heavier or bigger items. We use this shop often and will always continue to do so for an easy shopping experience.
Has a good selection of housewares, although slightly pricey. Staff always helpful.
Did not buy had a look around don’t know what customer service was like as did not need any help, they seem to have many items for sale inside and also loads of garden pots compost chairs benches etc out side.
Awful customer service, was sold the wrong item, and the excuse he’s just a young lad is more to do with the employer and training if he has been given any !! 16 mile round trip to exchange BUT I’ve been offered 10% off a second item should I wish ! I will be returning all items for a full refund instead.
Having just moved to the area we have been picking up quite a few odds and ends for the house. On every occasion the current staff have been more than attentive and eager to help. Returning an item and getting a replacement was absolutely no problem at all.

It’s ok, good variety of stock but not always the best quality or the most reasonable price. The staff are friendly & very helpful.
It's got a good choice and seems to be well stocked I've also found the prices to be cheaper than some other places in Dunoon like Walkers however I wish the staff wouldn't stare at you when you enter and leave the shop it's annoying and they also have so many staff most of the time more than customers.
