After a search of local companies that offer the Terraclean service, I came across Wright Automotive and the reviews were all positive. I had my car booked in for a clean (DS3). I cannot coment on the clean itself as this could take a couple of weeks to see the true results, but I know it works. I would like to commend them on the service given. As i was not local but knew the town centre was close by, I thought i'd go for a shop around and get a coffee as the clean could take around 2 hours. It was throwing it down and being on an industrial estate and about 2 miles from the shops, they said they would give me a lift. For me that goes above and beyond customer service. Free coffee and a complimentry air-freshner too. All in all price wise is broadly the same as other companies but the service excelled. Thanks and I will tell other people to go to you guys if they are thinking of having the clean done. Thanks again.

Trustworthy local mechanics. They don't take shortcuts and are very good at showing you the work they've done.

I highly recommend this company, i called them to enquire about the terraclean service after being told i needed a new dpf filter. I took my van over to them and they managed to fit me in straight away and the real fault was diagnosed within minutes and was thoroughly explained to me. I had the faulty parts replaced and the terraclean carried out saving me just shy of £1000, my van now runs flawlessly it didnt run this good when it was new and to add to the fantastic service the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and customer service is second to none.

Awesome work as always booked our ford transit in because it wasn’t starting properly, new alternator fitted and the eagle eyed rob luckily also spotted a power steering pipe that had been rubbing and was just about to rupture, an extra day in the garage but It was a potential break down avoided, thanks guys
