Great product, very friendly & relaxed when choosing our windows. The guys fitting the windows were friendly, tidy and efficient. They identified a fault with what was probably the biggest and most important frame, showed and explained everything, made the house secure & and had a replacement frame made and fitted within 2 days! Superb service. We’re very pleased and happy to recommend.
Excellent service. Very pleased with the result. They were very efficient coming at 9am and finished at 1pm having installed 3 windows. Come highly recommended.
I would highly recommend trade direct windows. I dealt with Jenny who was fantastic throughout the whole process, credit to the company. Excellent service from a fantastic team. Sian was so helpful and has the patience of a saint after I changed my design several times before making my final decision. Jenny kept me up to date with timings and was always friendly and very helpful. Carl & Chris fitted my new door. Very professional, careful, friendly and very tidy. Excellent communication from initial design ideas to completion of new front door installation. The fitting date was arranged and the fitting team arrived on time. Excellent service.
Cannot fault the service! From taking my order to fitting it. I had a small window and new back door. Nothing was too much trouble, as I changed my mind few times before I was happy with my decision. Everything was clearly explained and planned. The fitters actually turned up on the day they were booked at the right time a small miracle for trades personnel. All work was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves and took the rubbish with them. Competitive price also. A breath of fresh air to have such a good service, will definitely use again!
What a pleasure it's been to deal with Trade Direct. They are extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and they all have great customer relations skills. I would definitely recommend them when you are thinking of replacing your windows.
Great door well built, Jenny was exceptional all through. The guys were very professional and tidy and the workmanship was second to none.
Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The garage door and frame look great thanks to Callum's very professional installation work here in Caego/New Broughton. Now looking to purchase a new back door from them!
