If you need any type of building plastic it's worth a visit. Darren is very knowledgeable, when I described my requirements he offered 2 solutions, both options were ex stock. Delivered within 2 hours. I give Wrexham Building Plastics 5 stars, service, price and advice, first class, thanks . I've put them on my preferred supplier list.
Absolutely shocking - wasted my time and my tenant's time and then poor customer service. I am now speaking with Aspec in Wrexham. I asked for them to quote for 2 windows and sent plans that highlighted the windows to be replaced. The guy Steve went out there twice for some reason...? and he said he hadn't even seen the plans! they quoted me for 2 front windows which was incorrect. The reason they gave was that they had asked the tenant for direction. All they had to do was phone me the client who was paying their bill!!! They were not available or willing to sort this out. I wouldn't give them a single star.
Very helpful and cheap too compared to main retailers also very good customer service well done
Supplied and fitted a full double glazed door. Cant fault the price, quality, workmanship or service.

IN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS MADE BY STILLJENNALANE - I WOULD REITERATE TO HER THAT HER EMAIL CONTAINED AN ATTACHMENT WITH THE PLANS, HOWEVER, IT ARRIVED IN THE INBOX WITH A WARNING AND HIGHLIGHTED ALERT THAT THE FILE CARRIED A VIRUS PREVENTING US FROM OPENING IT. THIS WAS WAS EXPLAINED TO HER WHEN WE MADE HER AWARE OF IT ON THE PHONE. IT IS COMMON PRACTICE IN OUR INDUSTRY TO TAKE AN APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENT FOR PRICING AND DO A COMPLETE SURVEY ONCE THE QUOTE IS ACCEPTED HENCE THE TWO VISITS TO THE PROPERTY - ONE VISIT WAS TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE/QUOTATION AND THE SECOND WAS TO GET EXACT MEASUREMENTS UPON INSTRUCTION THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN GIVEN TO WBP. OUR RECOLLECTION IS THAT WE WERE IN RECEIPT OF THE PAYMENT DETAILS, HOWEVER, WE CANCELLED THE ORDER AS A DIRECT RESULT OF THE EXREMELY POOR, RUDE AND DISCOURTEOUS ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE WHEN SPEAKING TO ONE OF OUR FEMALE WORK COLLEAGUES. IN 18 YEARS OF TRADING, WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND PROACTIVELY PROMOTED GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS. NEVER HAVE WE RECEIVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OF THIS NATURE, NOR HAVE WE HAD TO CANCEL AN ORDER DUE TO THE RUDENESS OF A CUSTOMER.
Spoke with the staff, explained my requirements. Ready within a week. Ex service. Visiting again this week for two more.
