The staff were really friendly. They have a nice collection of merchandise.
A little hidden away as we couldn’t find it at first. Not the biggest shop but had everything you’d expect including a great range of dog accessories which was fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful and prices were good. Had visitors from all across the world in the store and was great to see everyone so happy and having a good time.
Nice and easy to get to with free off street parking and disabled access too.nFriendly and helpful staff who had all the different kits in loads of sizes. Didn't have my size on the shelf but went and got what I needed from stock. All good.
9/17/2024nRaised it to 4 stars. I received the hat as promised. It's not the best quality but happy to wear it. Go Wrexhamnn7/18/2024 Update:nI decided to call and talked a very nice fella. He apologized and promised to refund the items that I ordered that are out of stock and will send the one item that is in stock. So, I raised my review from 1 to 3 stars for now, hoping I can get them back to 4 or 5 stars. I do recommend calling them though, much better than email.nn____________________________nnI purchased merchandise from their online shop. The money was paid but nothin was shipped. They responded with one email to fill out a form and it's been a month with no response. Very disappointing.
Went to get shirts for American family. Not much help from staff, they were more interested in themselves and friendly banter amongst themselves. Figured out sizes on my own. Won't be back.
