Having a new kitchen installed is one of the biggest jobs you will ever do in your house and you just want things to go smoothly. From the moment we walked into the showroom I felt at ease as the staff were friendly and helped us through the whole process. Between the designer and the surveyor they planned a kitchen which has actually turned out better than it looked on the virtual plan. The delivery men were brilliant and helped us move furniture around so we could get all the items in. We used our own builder for the installation and glad we did as any bad comments we’ve seen about Wren (and there aren’t many) concern the fitters and the installation. The units themselves are of excellent quality and look stunning as more than one visitor to our house has said. We had a problem with installation of a walk in larder unit as no instructions were included and we couldn’t find any online. However one phone call to the showroom resulted in them being found and emailed to us within 10 minutes or so. All in all our experience of Wren at all stages of the process has been positive. Just a small point: their planning software needs a bit of tweaking as we found a couple of discrepancies on the drawings we couldn’t account for and it turned out to be software related. No harm done. The product is great, customer service has been good and we’re very happy with the end result. I know some people have had problems with Wrens customer service but for us it’s been nothing but good. They are certainly not the cheapest around but I’m glad we chose them.

I felt like the designer really took time to understand my needs and what I was looking for. Delivery was straightforward and hassle free. Me and my partner fitted the kitchen ourselves, so I can't attest for the fitting service. But overall, everything else was easy and as stress free as getting a new kitchen can be!

Really pleased with the kitchen. Kitchen fitter (non-Wren) was impressed with the quality and the delivery process.
Guys in the showroom couldn't have been more helpful and had some good ideas. Nice touches such as the spare sink and tap made waiting for the worktops less of an issue.
Overall experience was good and I would recommend

Can not give enough praise to Wren.  From start to finish they were professional and quality is superb.  Will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for making my kitchen look amazing.

The delivery men were excellent. The fitters were excellent & worked very well with electricians & plumbers. Slight delay because of the snow, but no-one’s fault. Chelmsford & Norwich worked well together as I was between those 2 places.
Only slight problem in the admin dept when coordinator changed, but soon sorted.
Very pleased indeed!
