Had to rebook my 6th appointment with them today, to fix a radiator that fell off a wall, this has been on going for 3 weeks, no hot water or heating while this has been going on. The person with the parts we need just went home with them in his van. Why would anyone go with a gas maintenance company that doesn't send out plumbers?
I had a visit from 2 WRB engineers today, and I have to say they were fabulous! They arrived on schedule, checked my boiler and flue probably spelt wrong, and also went above and beyond... They spotted I had a Calor gas heater bought recently, and noticed the carbon monoxide detector was not high enough to detect a problem and rectified this. Thank-you. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
Half an hour on hold to their EMERGENCY department. Call has been picked up and dropped twice. This is a joke. 35mins and the hold music has been replaced by basic ringing. Still no answer
Was meant to have an engineer come out and uncap my gas and service my boiler nobody turned up no phone call no card through the letter box unfortunately I'm not surprised at all but as I'm a council tennant and I'm on a low income o have no choice but to use WRB. Worst customer service ever as well.
Booked service, before Christmas, told would be the Fifth January, turned up on time, carried out service, repaired flue, part to fit, returned with part and fitted it. Telephone before arriving. Pleasant engineering and office staff. Good communication. No problems! 5* Many thanks.
Unable to help. Gas tumble dryer needs serviced. Probably replaced but nobody able to help. Looks like someone in St Andrews may be qualified to check it out.
Knowledgeable engineers who will do their best to get your heating going again. Can't recommend these people highly enough. They are good experienced fitters and the after sales service plan goes above and beyond the call of duty. Ignore the reviews saying they are bad for not turning up five minutes after you call or because they drive badly. If you are a reasonable human being then this is a very good service and the guys they employ know their stuff. 10 out of 10 from me!
Spent 5 hours today waiting for an engineer. No show. Shouldn't have been surprised, as exactly same thing happened last week. When phoned WRB last week, we were told they had definitely called, got no answer, left a card in the letterbox, and took photo of front door. All lies. Will never deal with again.
Absolutely fantastic service from WRB Gas, contacted them late on Tuesday, engineer arrived on Wednesday and the boiler in our nursery which needed to be replaced was completed by Friday. Each and every member of staff that we encountered was friendly, polite and very professional. The installation team were quick, very tidy and exceptionally mindful of the environment in which they were carrying out the work. There were a couple of minor hiccups which were were rectified in super fast time. We cannot recommend WRB Gas highly enough and must say that your staff are a credit to your company.
Don't show up when booked and expect you to take another day off. Stay well clear.
