Quite satisfied with my visit, I ordered the student meal deal which was really good value and the food was hot. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and garlic fries which I'd really recommend for anyone that loves garlic. Didn't have to wait long, I was asked for my COVID cert and the staff were really nice.
This is simply atrocious. I am utterly disappointed at the service here. I came to Wowburger Ranelagh on Friday evening and placed an order for a student deal meal with chicken bites and an additional garlic butter fries. I paid €15.90 in total. Having initially planned to dine in, I waited for 20 minutes for my order. But since I was aiming to catch a bus from town at 8pm I asked the staff to pack the order for takeaway since the order was getting delayed. I understand Friday evenings are busy, but waiting for a simple order for 20 minutes really does test your patience. Especially when you 6 staff members behind the counter prioritizing delivery orders as you watch in hunger. Having placed the order at 7pm, the staff handed me my takeaway at 7.25 which is half an hour after I got into the place. I immediately legged it to catch my bus. When I opened my takeaway bag, I was beside myself seeing that the staff missed the garlic butter fries. Also, there were no tissues or forks for the meal! I didn't have the time to go back and ask for the missing stuff. It seems like the staff knew I was in a rush and this blunder from their side would go unnoticed. Like seriously, having paid almost 16 euros and waiting almost half an hour, all for not getting the food you ordered and not having the means to eat it, is simply atrocious! I tried to ring Wow Burger back in my frustration. But it was an automated phone line. I am going to make a formal complaint. With this experience, I personally do not recommend this place. No value for money and zero customer service.
Just got delivered food and the quality was terrible. The chips were cold I am sure were left overs that were half eaten. We paid 40 euro for our order and the quality was shocking. I would avoid this place at all costs.Food: 1/5
I've been in Dublin for a month and this is one of the best burgers I've had. Homemade chips are also delicious. And the staff were lively. I was impressed with how quickly they cleaned up the tables, seats, and even the floor. Will definitely visit again.
Do not order onion rings here. I ordered yesterday and they gave me a bunch of over fried stuff that was far away from being onion rings. The service was fast and the staff were nice tho.
It's a great place to go with friends, not your boss. That said, the burger is great, especially with bacon and jalapeños - for me, that is. Other recommendations are the garlic fries and a chocolate shake. Is it the best burger in town, the world? That's more of a philosophical question, but it's definitely one I enjoy eating.

Wowburger - had a vegan burger meal. It's filling, tasty and refill drinks are good aswell. Tip - take garlic butter fries instead of normal ones coz they are the same price and super tasty. I had special demands and the staff incorporated each of them into my order. Cheers to the staff for noticing even small details and offering me a replacement before I had started eating. Indian guy who served me was very hospitable.
Decent enough meal. Table that we sat at was dirty. Didn't get asked for ID, just our covid certs. My other half said the women's toilets were filthy and had no soap. Food was nice, staff were nice but it was cold.
Decent burger. Menu and food is very similar to 5 guys. I had Bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. Milkshake was straight but onion rings weren't as good as the chilli fries my mate got. 16 euro for my meal.
