I booked an appt due to increasing headaches and neck pain and am now just over half way through a 6-week treatment plan with Ernesto. i cannot recommend him and his methods enough. As with everything, there is always more going on than you think and he has already alleviated my TMJ that i thought i just had to live with. I have exercises to do each day that will help with wear and tear. I feel so much better in myself. Gracias, Ernesto and all at the clinic.

This was my first visit to the clinic - I was made to feel very welcome. Ernesto was knowledgeable, informative, kind and very positive about me and how I am coping with my difficulties. He offered a great deal of help and hope.

I had an assessment today and was very pleased with the service. It was a special offer so I expected a rushed assessment with a big upsell but what I got was a full and thorough assessment. I was listened to and given good advice. I felt really good coming out with a clear action plan to get back to optimal health. Highly recommend

I have visited this clinic for neck pain, and Isaac's treatment has helped me a lot. After five sessions, the pain almost completely disappeared. I truly appreciate his professional and kind approach, and I'll definitely continue the treatment .

Went to Ocean with a low-level knee pain as I wanted to know if I could go skiing - amazing! Wish I had done it years ago... She was amazing - friendly, interested, professional and warm - and the recurring appointments made a huge difference to an issue which I thought was something I just had to live with -  I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
