The team at Worthing is great. The security staff is friendly, and the ushers are knowledgeable and helpful. Special thanks to Monica for her outstanding assistance during our visit. My view is treat the staff with respect and you will get it back. In my experience, the judges at this court are fair and impartial compared to others in the county. Despite the severe underfunding of the court system, Worthing Court manages its operations remarkably well.
Absolutely shocking!!! Never answer phones have to stay on hold for over an hour. Never give paperwork out in time and if you want a copy of your order they will take 5/7 weeks to sort that out. Absolute joke of a court!
i have given this court one star as i cannot give any lower than this. no on answers the phone and leave you on the line for one hour. in the end you get cut off. have tried all the numbers and still no joy. gives me confidence about me winning my case if they perform like this on the day. very poor service.
Tried to call but it either rings for ages and then after about 2 mins cuts out or it just rings once and gets cut off. On different numbers whether it's the enquiries number or other sections.nOperator says no faults on the lines either.nIf there was no stars that would be selected.
I can only say nice things about the staff at this court.. I have had a very stressful case and particularly Monica has been efficient and polite. I have dealt and dealing with a few courts but Worthing is always approachable and helpful.
