I had an amazing time at World of Wings! They have beautiful birds that they take such good care of. I did the Full Day Experience and loved every moment. I flew owls, hawks, buzzards, and an eagle. Stewart was so knowledgeable! I cannot recommend enough!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Fantastic local day out. The staff are lovely and clearly really know their stuff and have a lot of love and respect for the birds. They have a fantastic range of birds and the displays are very informative. The cafe is nice and there's a small play area for kids too. I'd definitely recommend for a day out with kids or without.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
What a fantastic experience, the birds they have are amazing, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and put on a fantastic show with the birds. The Cafe's not to shabby either basic but serves your needs, in the event of being there all day they allow you to pre order food, there's also a play area for kids. Your bands allow you to go off site and re enter if you want to go for food locally. Definitely going back, next time for 1 hour of hands on experience normal price £60 Groupon £31.20 I can see World of Wings becoming one of my new favourite places. You can buy at the door but I recommend buying in advance as it can get very busy around show times.
Just a Superb place to visit. So we'll run in all aspects and great choices and service in the cafe too. Seeing all these magnificent birds being so well looked after and loved. The flying displays were just superb and very detailed information provided from the Falconers. A simple MUST to visit for all ages and all Families. We will be back for sure. A wonderful day
Had a really good time spent 2 hours here and watched the show during early afternoon a really good experience. Good variety of birds and staff were lovely and accommodating also the bird handlers are very good. Smallish cafe serves coffees cakes and other food. Check opening times before visiting.
Hosts were so nice and humorous, shows were great, so much to learn and see. All the birds were brilliant, even if you're not very interested in birds this place will possibly change your mind. Cafe was quite nice as well, has a play park and small wee gift shop. An absolute go to place for just any sort of entertainment.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Excellent place to spend a couple of hours. Lots of birds to see and interesting shows with lots of information. A small donation gets you a hands on experience at the end of the show which my son loved. Friendly staff too and will definitely visit again.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
What an amazing educational day out. My daughter done the handling experience. Every member of Staff were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back
Used an Itison voucher for a falconry experience, which is hands on with 3 different birds, in my case the Tawny Owl, a red tailed buzzard, and my favourite because it had loveheart shaped markings on its chest was a Lanner Falcon. The groupe was approx 12 large, and the falconer was Jamie, who was passionate and knowledgeable about the birds. Afterwards I got the chance to go into World of Wings and see all the different birds they have on display, and I finished off my visit with a flying display, which was a Barn Owl, a vulture orry, you'll need to look at the photos for the name, 2 Harris hawks, and finally my favourite falcon was also in the show. I expected to be finished by about 11.30, instead was there for almost 3 hours longer, which goes to show how much time you can spend here. I had a bacon roll at the cafe too, and it was lovely. All in a fab day
