More screening and information probing required by staff before aquatic sale should happen. I've been doing extensive research into a fish I've been wanting, ensuring my water parameters and tank mates are compliant and have the correct food. I went to world of water aquatics to purchase said fish and apon asking if I could purchase the fish the response was just "sure, let me bag it for you", although friendly and approachable service I was expecting a few basic questions, such as tank size, temp, tank mates and maybe even a water sample to ensure the tank is even safe, for all he knew I didn't even have a tank yet. You do get a little care guide in the purchase bag but it's a little late once you're already home. Please ensure these fish go to a safe home with owners who understand how to care for them.
Brought this tank and bits really good price I thought . Big inside and clean .does everything you need including outside ponds .they also sell frogs and turtles
Great shop with very helpful staff. They listened to what I was trying to achieve and suggested what options would work for me. The price was competitive and the stock was instantly available. There is lots of parking and it's really easy to find. Will and have used again.
Mainly koi or tropical fish, stock wise. Good selection of tanks, pond liners, plants, filters etc. Good prices and friendly, helpful staff.
Loved this place wander around at your leisure very helpful knowledgeable staff happy to give you information about most things fishy a very wide selection of stock ,ponds,tanks etc
Purchased my African cichlids there, extremely helpful and friendly staff young man, unfortunately I didn't take name gave me and my daughter very good tips and information, went above and beyond and even rang another aquatic place for me to check if they could help me with what I was looking for, thank you so much, very pleased with service, highly recommended.
Even better laid out shop than last visit. Plenty of pond and tropical fish
While the showgrounds are lovely to see and walk around the staff were neither knowledgeable or attentive. We visited on a very hot day and the indoor showroom is without air conditioning so the staff's attitude may have been down to prolonged discomfort. We spoke with at least three of the staff and two appeared had no interest in helping us. This was disappointing and contrary to many reviews.
Very helpful & friendly. Extensive range of tropical fish etc.
The staff are always happy to help and are very knowledgeable about the fish
