He took the empty box and went to get item from store room then proceeded to unscrew the main body of pump to install other items. It was then I asked if this was the only item and was it display model. He said no they only stock 1 item at a time as no room for more stock? He then went to display and took the controller from the display. I said have you only got one of those. He said yes. All very strange and hard to believe confirmation of this would be helpful - or have I been misled? I then arrived home and went on their website to purchase the same pump from the shop and not online and it was allowing me to buy 3 which also included in shop discount not offered to me. Is this normal when purchasing pond pumps that WOW only stock 1 of each item?"},{"text":"Great atmosphere, prices and quality.
